KudzuHow to control? Kudzu is very difficult to eradicate; the extensive root system must be destroyed. In small infestations, consistent hand-pulling, cutting and mowing will eventually rob the roots of nourishment. In more extensive infestations, systemic herbicides must be used. Reference(s):
