Japanese Beetle

Symptom(s):

Japanese beetle adults are known to feed on the foliage, flower and fruits of more than 400 different ornamental and agricultural plant species: they are easily spotted eating the leaves of various plants.

Control(s):

Remove and destroy the beetles in soapy water.  Chemicals are available at your local seed and feed companies as well as most hardware stores.  Traps are also available.
